Filming & Photography Consent

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that [SIU LLC] (“Company”) may take photographs, video recordings, or other visual/audio media (“Content”) of the property while performing services. Such Content may include images or video of lawns, shrubs, driveways, walkways, or other exterior features of the Customer’s property.

Purpose of Content

The Company may use this Content for:

Marketing and promotional materials (including print, digital, and broadcast)

Social media posts and stories

Website galleries

Advertisements, including paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google

Training and internal documentation

Privacy Considerations

The Company will not intentionally capture or publish identifiable images of individuals, license plates, or other personal identifiers without the Customer’s permission. All reasonable efforts will be made to focus Content on the work performed and the property features relevant to the services.

Ownership of Content
